Body Committee Chair

My own wellness activities include getting outdoors to hike and fish, trying new restaurants in Nashville, enjoying live music, and being actively involved in my church community. Wellness to me is striking a balance of all aspects of our lives (emotional, spiritual, physical) in order to live to the fullest. To those who are trying to incorporate wellness into their own lives, I suggest making a list of what is important to you in your life, whether that be friends, family, spirituality, a certain activity, or a passion you hope to integrate into your career. This big-picture list will help to remind you of what makes you happy and what will help motivate you to achieve your goals in life.
